Dave, 29 Oct 2025Just to add there's also a 128GB + 8GB RAM version of ... moreI got a Lenovo Tab P11 Pro(2nd gen) for under 250S. It came with a charger in the box but without pen which is very expensive(almost 100$).
The main drawback for me is the lack of audio jack, but I bought a USB C splinter(USB C to Jack and USB C). I didnt liked the lack of audio Jack but its a premium tablet with OLED screen, Tv out trough USB C, MicroSDXC slot, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and very fast CPU. So for that small price I got it but with a small sour "taste" in my "mouth" regarding audio Jack.
So yes - medium to high end tablets and phone seem to lack audio Jack.

Just to add there's also a 128GB + 8GB RAM version of the Idea Tab, at least here in the UK (at Amazon, Argos, John Lewis, Currys etc).
I got mine at Argos in August, it came with the pen but no charger included (I use an 18w Motorola charger). I also bought the folio cover direct from Lenovo UK, but it looks like there's an option to have it included in a bundle at Amazon.
I believe it supports microSD up to 2TB, but I went with a 512GB SanDisk as it was only £30 at the time. The 128GB or 256GB internal storage would probably be plenty for most, but I always like to keep music, pics, videos etc. stored on a microSD and to not have to worry about clearing space.
For my use case, media consumption (Youtube, BBC iPlayer, Prime Video, Twitch and so on) and browsing via Chrome, the Idea Tab has no issues with that and is fairly responsive.
Your milage may vary, depending on apps you use, games etc. But personally I've been very happy with it.
Was £160, plus £14 for folio case and another £30 for the microSD, so total of £204. I would have paid a lot more than that for a more powerful tablet. But tablets in the £200-£500 range all seem to have "courageously" removed 3.5mm headphone jack's (eg the Idea Tab Pro), so I didn't consider any of them.
If any had 2x USB-C ports I'd have considered it, but one USB-C for charging and audio out via an adaptor, just seems like you'd be asking for trouble. And I don't want another thing I need to charge, bluetooth is an nice option, not great if it's the only option.

Wow perfect tablet almost. All specs are good but where is the NFC support god damn it?!
Even has sim card 4g or 5g connectivity wow!
And only $130. What a great deal.
I would buy it instantly if only it had NFC support...
Nice try lenovo.
