Bad experience sometimes Hang in a long hour,No display on the screen,cannot be off the power button and Ring and ring and ring and ring and ring with vibration overnight I waste my money.

I would like to know if there are ways to make the VGA display image on screen brighter, as on my unit it is very dark. In other words the image of the individual I am communicating with is exceedingly DARK. Kindly advise. Thanks.
