My lenovo k5 pro camera records for some seconds and stop like 20seconds highest 50seconds and i have tried force stop , clear data , clear cache but nothing work , what can i do?

Lenovo should develop the habit of updating their phones so as to enjoy customer patronage. This phone must not die in Oreo 8.1. They should update it to 9 pie.

i’m using this phone for 3 weeks now, amazing phone for budget phone
-great slim design & build quality is good
-screen color is good
-fingerprint is fast
-superb battery
-good stereo speaker (one of the speakers not so loud) but still good sound quality
-camera quite good
-touchscreen is very responsive
-smooth performance
-I get a 3A charger from the sales box (amazing for budget phone)
Very recommended phone, good lenovo 👍🏻👍🏻

In other words, is your phone the Global version with official global firmware, or a Chinese version with multi-language ROM installed on it?

Terrible software! Notifications are late, very few configuration options, lock screen cannot be customized properly, notification bar and widget font size too large.
Assembling, screen, battery, face recognition and fingerprint reader are all right.

I opened a dispute against the seller and received a ... moreWell you could try to get S5 Pro if you dont mind the notch, plus you would have face unlock, better cameras, better build, maybe better stereo speaker setup, only downside is a 500mah difference in battery, well I rarely get below 40percent in one day use and since it has fast charging brick, i often charge it in the morning during breakfast

It looks like at the moment, the 6GB+64GB model is very hard to come by, and all the sellers on AliExpress only have the 4 GB RAM versions in stock. I'll wait a bit more until some seller gets the 6GB+64GB or 6GB+128GB versions in stock and only then order. It's a shame because this phone really ticks every box for me, I've been looking for a phone like this for quite some time and now it's impossible to actually buy it...
