[deleted post]please do a factory reset . some times issues happens after software update. nougat is better than marshmallow because doze in nougat is better. BTW i am yet to do a restart of my k6 power after updating to nougat on june 30th . its now 26 days . no hanging, no mic problem no other issues other than hanging after a call ends.

After the software update wen I enter what's app or hike only for few mins msg sending & receiving sound can be heard.after 5 mins there is no sound notification.. during tat time if a call comes for that also no sound comes.only vibration..during texting wen I close the recent apps and again go to what's app sound is hearing ..after 5 mins it behaves as frst i.e no sound..I need ans please.. plsss rply me

I got K6 power last month it has good battery back up but the only one problem is, it hangs for 60 and more seconds every half an hour . What should i do to rectify this??

The problem I am facing is that whenever I call up a person..... they can't hear me.... n I have to use ear piece wch is really frustrating.!!! Except talking everything is fine.. n my request is that they should resolve this problem in Lenovo k6.!!! I recorded my own voice in recording bt to my surprise can't even hear my voice...
hopefully they will take this Matter seriously n resolve soon...

What is the F number of both front and rear cameras? Even Lenovo's website doesn't mention the f number.

what you can do after updating is a factory reset
it may help alot so you can start clean with the new update
