to be able to really compete well with redmi 3s they should have priced it similar with 2gb-16gb option also. reason being redmi 4 prime is coming with better specs and as we know xiaomi ... it would be priced better also

pinaki, 06 Dec 2016gorilla glass is very important...missing.I don't mind much as I use tempered glass protector - helpful not only with scratches but can also save display in case of falling.

But the charger which comes with the phone does not supports quick charging.
You can use any qualcomm certified quick charger.

the phone is slightly thicker than its competitors but not so heavy, that is good. screen is a bit dim and quality is just average. camera quality is so so actually the rear camera is better in redmi 3s prime and selfie cam is better in k6 power. battery performance is good thanks to its 4000mah capacity. moderate users can expect upto 2 full days of battery life. but because of no fast charger included in the box it takes more or less 3 long hours to get fully charged which is painful in this fast charging era. but one cannot expect everything in this budget. :))

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2016Sd 617 or sd 430 better?SD600 and SD400 series are different.
SD600 series supports more MP camera, better modem, more RAM support, other Qualcomm features..
.
.But,
SD430 is much better than SD617 in this phone.
Main reason is gpu itself. Adreno 505.
And, the cam, ram etc are limited, there is no need of SD617.
.
For a phone with 21mp cam, 6gb ram etc, company can't use sd430. Coming to performance, no difference.
