According to notebookcheck, Unisoc SC9863a is 7% faster than the 14nm Snapdragon 450. Not too slow.

Nope but its decent in combo with A55 which is a upgrade over A53 in both performance and efficiency! :D (gaming on it may cause issues since the GPU even more since its a old one in combo with the 28nm rather than the 16nm of Helio P22, clock speeds even further show this since its clocked lower)

For the dude who was asking what Unisoc was, they make VERY low end CPUs, like dual and quad core at 28nm. This one is Octa-core ARM Cortex™-A55 1.6GHz+1.2GHz at 28nm
