Before six months my 1% comes 11 min. But now it's coming only 3to 4min. Means overall performance is 4 of battery backup.

It was just an issue of changing the toggle in the accessibility section to play out put in stereo instead of mono. He had to reset the phone as the phone was automatically going into playing audio in mono output. Still looking for a mid-range phone of this size and of similar resolution in video and audio.

My K8+ is running fine with just one change of battery, 3 and half years after purchase, without a glitch. From today 4 years and 4 months later, the 3.5 mm headphone socket is acting up. There is perfect sound output but from today there is only mono output and stereo output is absent. Hopefully will get the socket at the local market in Kerala, Bharath. I wish to upgrade but at this size and sound output I am unable to find a phone with better display and sound quality with Dolby Atmos as a bonus. Hope someone can direct to me a better phone I could upgrade too.

I wish I could relate to the other comments praising this phone. This phone has plagued me with problems right from the week I bought it. Charging port spoilt around 2 weeks after purchase, and right now I have changed it about 8 times. It's currently not working and I'm tired of changing it, would just purchase a new device. Speaker and microphone issues as well. Battery spoilt after a few months of use, and its so difficult to find a new battery in my country, had to import one from china.
I actually enjoyed using the phone the few times it was working, display is good, phone is smooth to use with little lag and it pains me that I didn't get to utilize this phone fully, phone didn't last up to a year. All in all, really disappointed in lenovo as it was my first time using their device.

Using for 3 and half years. I'm satisfied with this product, worth for money, working well, except speakers got some issues, but it's temporary issue. Don't know whether that issue get worst . While storage get full, it gets hang, but it can be resolved through freeing up the space.

Awesome phone.
3 years and 4 months over.
Changed battery two times.
Original battery lasted only one year. from buying.
But very loud phone.
Flickering and misbehaving was experienced during first year.
If you switch off the screen, it will calm down.
Increase/decrease the volume without switching on the screen
Nice phone, 409 PPI nice clarity

I have to say that i love this phone.It is well built(have dropped it atleast once a month for the past 3years of ownership),no ugly notch.
I regret not getting a mi phone though since it has strong software support(3rd party as well).
But the time has come to upgrade as the 5g invasion is upon us.
