All data lost and no way to recover it...
looking at the comments, seems a lot of users facing same problem, however Lenovo team seem to be ignoring all these comments.. as they have a pathetic after sales service center and no way to counter this known issue...
All that lenovo are concerned is sales of their products....
i am never going to buy lenovo again...

Please don't buy this brand phone...totally waste!!!! only look-wise it is good...first time when I bought the battery charger was not working then I returned back...second time the SIM card reader was not accessing. You also have very poor service for these Brands.

Bought this phone in USA and brought to India in sealed box condition. When the sealed pack opened in India, the handset found not working and service center people says it is motherboard problem and needs replace. Making the matter worse, they say since it is purchased in USA, warranty does not apply in India. Truly ridicules product.

It is the worst cell phone in the world. Don't buy the phone it is a scam. Mine packed up within a month! Battery could not charge.

Never ever buy this phone.
I bought this phone 1 year and 2 months back. After around 8 months, the phone started showing its real colours. It shut down and did not accept charge. Took it to the service center and they said that they need to replace the motherboard. It was within warranty period so they did it for free. The phone continued to work for 3-4 months but still it had many glitches. Last month, my phone completely shut down. Dead. Not accepting charge. So, I took it to the center once again. And again I heard the same thing, that the motherboard needs replacement. They said tge repairing cost would go higher than the price of the phone. So I did not get it repaired.
All my photos, music everything has been lost.
Never ever in your life buy this phone. it will make you feel helpless. It will even make you cry.
Lenovo should burn in hell.

I think the company Customer care people neither read this reviews or nor care the customers. In spite of posing so many vital drawbacks of their product in a competitive world how could they resume their marketing and profit graph high ? Who is making fool to whom. Market is flooded with mobiles and these poorly performing companies stick to segment group of customers perhaps. Very sad frnds.

Worst phone I have come across, dont buy Lenovo brand mobile phones.. I am facing charging problem within one year and my phone is lying at the service centre since past 30 days.. Spares are not available and very expensive parts. Worst after sales service.

Don't buy the phone as it will be pain for you if you buy. i had visited service center more days than the phone used . The entire team of Lenovo are aware about the same but they don't accept it. They are lease concerned about customer satisfaction.

horrible phone...never go for that .it is spending money for nothing... it will be dead after few months..in best situation if u be lucky maybe it works one year and half... mobile will be dead and nobody can help with detection even the problem...

the worst phone I ever had!after 8 month used,it totally dead.before that,I had same problem w other users.cannot on my phone,not charging, btery drain, easily heated!when I go to repair,they cannot detect the problem.maybe too many problem w it,so they refuse to repair it.
