There is definitely something going on with the network connections, both wifi and cellular. And my phone restarts during calls, phone calls and messangers calls. It flashes like you said, it seems like some app is trying to override another app. So far I didn't find any solution on the internet. I did reset the network settings. Tomorrow will do factory reset. I have a feeling that it has something to do with google services installed at domestic Chinese phone. But who knows haha

Just upgraded from a Galaxy Tab S3 running Lineage OS. So glad that I did. Tablet LCDs have gotten a lot darker since I was last in the market. Really happy with the tablet.

God tier speaker quality, even better than s23u but the display use cheap oled so it's not as sharp and bright :/

and i would like to ask what is the current update you have
i saw an update 14.077 something and i did install it
honestly 128gb is not enough for games
the next variants price diff was too high tho so had to settle for this

I had to install 'Gboard' in order to use an English type/font interface (keyboard). It works fine for me. It's true that I've had to uninstall a lot of the Chinese apps and install lots of things like Barclays banking app, WhatsApp, Google maps and so on, but once all that is done I don't really notice that the phone has a Chinese ROM.
There are a few issues though, the phone dialer does always show Chinese characters - but the person's name does show in English (give me your email I'll send you a screenshot). But any other type of dialer I've downloaded seems to crash all the time until I revert back to using the pre-installed call software. Also for some reason Google maps 'time-line' function will not work, so you can't look back at where you've been. Aside from that it's very nippy and after about a week of using it you will adapt and won't really even notice that it's a CN ROM.

My Messenger app was causing phone to crash and reboot when starting a video call and now it is finally working! All I had to do was to uninstall my Messenger and download the older Messenger version, which you mentioned (I downloaded it from here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/facebook-2/messenger/messenger-361-0-0-7-107-release/facebook-messenger-361-0-0-7-107-5-android-apk-download/ ), you literally saved my day!
