" don't do this "
i have done this then reverted back to kitkat
lenovo p70 running kitkat is by far better than lollipop

I have both Lenovo P70 and P780. Great battery life and decent performance. My problems started when I used SYNCit app to organise my contacts. All contacts now show double, even when I have se Contacts to display phone contacts only. When I tried erasing the What's app contacts displayed along with phone contacts, the Contacts manager developed a bugg and would hand time and again. I got both the phones booted from service center and transferred all my contacts from my SD storage to phone. Again it shows double contacts and when I tried to erase, contacts manager hangs up again. After upgrading the P70 to Kitkat, the phone lost a lost of good features, but became more responsive.
I have tried syncing my contacts to Google, but has always failed, so only way to transfer contacts is by using sd card transfer.
I need help with the double display of contacts and to avoid hanging of Contacts Manager..

Roaming" now 3g will be activated.
WIFI is working fine.
To check uploading and downloading install " network monitor mini" from
Google play store.
Clean system frequently here
Settings >storage>cached data>clear cache.

Very worst phone not worth-able The Speaker is (apart from fooling you there are 2 grills when only one is working) weak/tinny, 3G/Wi-Fi reception and Call Quality is questionable although Lenovo sent out a bug fix update. Camera Quality left so much to be desired.

AnonD-526762, 16 Apr 2016I am facing experience the sameI found how to resolve this: just go to settings and switch-off Screen gestures. "Double tap to light on the screen" should be swithced off. I am using 4.4.4.
