The problem due to update is not applicable for all p70.I have a good experience with this phone. Everything is fine after the update. I lost some features, but gain also. Main is smooth and fast working.multiple Windows of using apps.

Well I bought this phone before six months . I don't have any issues with this phone because of it low battery consumption & faster processing. I'm really loving it. My suggestion is guys to buy this phone but not to update it's software because it has some issues while updating it.

I am using P70A since last 6 months. Its automatically restart after some time when I plug in the charger ord ata cable with the flash message that " your phone doesn't support hot swiping" . Its happened only when I put the memory card. Any one facing this problem?
When I discuss this problem at service centre then he told its memory card problem. I wanted to ask if its memory card problem than why its running completely on other phone?

It is really an amazing speed, Available for first sim.if you are using old sim ,go to Airtell and get new 4g sim .

No read/write permission for external SD card in case of third party apps. Don't update to lollipop 5.1 as they are base version with any customization by lenovo. It wont have most of useful features of Kitkat.

It does not support 4G LTE TDD which is used by Reliance Jio.It only supports LTE FDD.

Hi. I came to know about Lenove p70 as a suitable cell phone. But according to few recent comments of the users had few complaints about its performance. please guide me whether to buy it or not?

Updated to lollipop.dislike.downgrade to kitkat.got pn:null sn:null..update to 5.1 again..automatically got pn and sn..downgrade again to kitkat.but it takeato long for stable lollipop update..good phone bad os..

If u decided to upgrade the p70 to lolipop, u must accept it only comes with stock android os with no vibe ui skin on top. I think this is the marketing strategy of lenovo to sell their new lower spec but same price p1m that comes with vibe ui 2.8.

I happened to buy a P70A last year, and every thing was good until the Lollipop update came, and when that came, it took away all the good features of the phone,not like someone the forum had commented that they Lenovo had informed that some cosmetic features like double tap wake screen, gesture control and casting would be lost, on the update screen, no i am talking about some basic features like the phone battery which does not even last a day if my calls were in excess of 60 - 70, it just drains to 10% after which it is only good to kept in the pocket and the very reason a phone with a large capacity battery is purchased so that it stays powered for long and doesn't drain out, then the brightness keeps increasing and decreasing gradually, I have no clue why, and the Service centre also has no clue why, and they are saying that there is nothing wrong with phone, Contacts keep disappearing regularly, suddenly, which has to be restored through "sync it" every time it gets lost, the Interface looks like cheap stock android, which is already available on any VFM brands like micromax, lava etc, why do we have to buy branded phones, It doesn't even have a wallpaper / theme changer and some contemporary models like K3 Note, Vibe P1 and P1M have properly developed user interfaces, the one on P70A is like S#!? Why do you have to launch a phone at all Lenovo with all these flaws if you cant fix them, or have we been fools to have bought your mobiles ?

i updated my p70a 5.1
i feel very bad
low ringing volume, missing all calls
battery dying very fast only charging 2 times in a day after updated to lolipop
i need new update from the teams

P70 is a good phone. After lollypop update what loose and what gain it is clearly written in OTA.so complaint about it is negligible. Most bad reviews are coming due to misuse of the phone.
