Bought this brand new when working in saudi arabia last december nice and good for games. But after using it for 9 months,phone is always lagging when using facebook.Always overheats when data was being used even if not used(but still on).The overheating causes draining.I went for a walk with this on 22% while data turned on but wasn't used.After an hour,it always vibrates and overheats that almost burned my skin,then,it was 6% only! Take my advice,dont buy this device,choose samsung,xiaomi,or anything else just not go for this device(choose k8 note or P2)

At least you can to turn on the loudspeaker mode when answer the phone . Or try to do Hardware testing using app to test play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lenovo.serviceit .

I cannot charge the phone in on mode, it charges only in off mode. Does anyone know how to resolve it.
