Same error for me. Plus the update doesn't state that the problem with WiFi turning off when screen is off will be fixed. What kind of update is this?

After updating to android 5.1 my phone is missing some features like not able to close pre opened apps. I got also lenovo p70-a update yesterday after I dowload wen the mobile restart it shows error message...I tried 3 to 4 times still its the same ..any idea to fix this ?

i tried to install the 26mb update today, but it failed (error message on reboot). same result when i retried.
why cant lenovo get their software team upgraded? i like my p70 device, but i cannot really recommend it to anyone for its multiple software issues and the miserable system update performance.

Have tired several times, no luck.

I hope p70 change back update to kit kat because more future were gone if update to loli...and why the latest update have error... Please fix it...

I have Lenovo P70 updated few weeks back to Lollipop 5.1
Last system update issued late December 2015 did NOT install. it gives error message after downloading and rebooting.
Note: if you are still on Kik kat, do not update to Lollipop. Wait till is more stable.
Note 2: if you are used to Apple Support quick response, forget about, Lenovo has practically no end user support. They do not respond tweets or forum inquiries.
