My p70 is taking time when loading contacts/call log why is it cell problem.
Plz suggest me some way.
I haven't update it
I changed my cell coz of same issue s650

I have P70-A in egypt and it doesn't show the lollipop update yet...I'm running P70-A_s134_150729_16G_row...any clue?

I have bought a Lenovo P70 recently, I am not able to see my contact name and number on the list at once, every time I am suppose to open the contact to see the number loaded. Pls explain

Sirc, 16 Sep 2015I bought my lenovo p70 few days ago, and the notification f... morego to: setting, than scroll down :about phone, then choose: software update. my advise think twice as kitkat running well, most people upgrade to lollipop end up wanna go back to kitkat (only pro can do it), cheers

MACE, 17 Sep 2015How about it's durability? If someone has dropped the phone... moreI have dropped my Lenovo P70-A a few times (3 or 4) and nothing was broken. It is still working perfectly., no damage done. And i am not even using any cover or glass protector.

Don't update. If you update, battery won't last a day. Overheating will drain the battery. I permanently turned off the notification for lollipop update on my p70. Go to settings -> Apps -> All. Select Google Play Services. Remove the tick of Show Notifications. Then open Google Services Framework. Remove the tick of Show Notifications. Now lollipop update notification will hide forever.

I bought my lenovo p70 few days ago, and the notification for upgrading to lollpop appears and I ignore it and erase it.. now I want to upgrade my lenovo p70 to lollipop but I dont know how to do it..

I hv bought 2 off P70 from Tesco Seremban 2, one for myself & another for my daughter. Due to my past experience with Lenovo phones which have bad reputation on GPS signal fix & acquisition, i decided to test both P70 phones using "GPS Test" which is downloadable from google store. True enough, that my phone has faulty GPS antenna hardware. My daughter's phone is okay. So, the shop owner replaced it with the new phone, which i tested it immediately, when i received it, and GPS signal is okay for my new P70 phone. Very poor quality control from Lenovo when coming to GPS antenna testing for it's smartphone!

Android lollipop has problems like battery drain, overheating, wifi drops, phone gets slow when processor temperature is high. And once you upgrade, you cannot downgrade to kitkat easily. P70 stock rom for update S134 is also not available anywhere. So avoid the update.

For those who are facing problems, After system update, do Factory Reset. It is compulsory in new phones to Factory Reset after update. After i bought the phone, While standing in the showroom, I inserted internet sim and immediately i updated it to 4.4.4 through system update. And then after update, I done a Factory Reset. Then after this process, I transferred data from my old phone to p70. My p70 is working absolutely fine. Battery backup is good. Absolutely no problems. I played Asphalt 8 for continuous 1 hour and battery dropped 20% exact. Transfer all personal data to computer first. Backup contacts to google account or memory card. Factory reset will wipe all data on internal storage. Without Factory reset, your phone will show more problems. Don't update to Lollipop when the update arrives.
