Zahid , 17 Jul 2015Whiis is better lumia 640xl or lenovo p70.i have p70 and lumia 640xl. camera is better on 640xl. led flash is way better on p70. gaming, of course p70. music sound quality- 640xl by a mile. voice call and text messaging features are better on 640xl. on windows phone, you can assign message tone and call tone to each of your contact numbers. you can select what contact number to block so they would not disturb you. you can easily mute a thread by a long press on that particular thread. i love them both, windows and android. android for gaming and windows for text messaging and voice calls.

when im playing clash of clans the battery drain fast, it wont last an hour in full charged, im using mobile data. is this normal? and it only takes 2hr to full charged.

check the battery also p70 is providing 4000 mah

Lenovo phones aren't so good yet, lots of products are made flimsy. In 10 units 3-4 are bad, or they don't meet specs. Battery is the major problem, because it is measured differently. I have battery mp506 and it is declared as 5000mAh. The real capacity is 3900mAh. Other battery mp506 is 4100, and another 4050. I have this in my shop an I measured with instruments. The same thing is with cell phone battery. Other brands have less faults. In 10 units 1 or 2 is bad. I know that because cell phones are my hobby and I changed obout 120 cell phones in 2 years. Not only Lenovo but other brands also. Doogee is the worst cell phone you can buy and Prestigio doesn't make cell phones at all, they are buying complete licences and then they are rebranding it

I bought this mobile 10 days ago. Everything was fine, I was really impressed how it worked, until last Tuesday when I puled it out of my pocket and saw broken display. Focus point of breaking was right on the connection between upper speaker and the glass. Funny thing is that it was in my front pocket, and I was standing. I did not feel any hit or pressure that should have caused this damage. So my only conclusion is bad quality of the glass. Device became totally unusable. All three function buttons are unresponsive. Only small middle part of the screen recognize finger touch.
I send it to authorized service on 8th of July and now show begins. Until today they cannot even tell me how much it would cost, when they will get spare parts nor when could I get my phone back.
Complaint sent to Lenovo and seller are still unanswered.
Support service = FAILED.
I bought it in Croatia.
Think twice before buying this or at least check service support in your country.

Ok,now lot of you have been asking how the device performs and how the device is overall.Starting with the feel of the device on hand,Its decent as the premium feel cannot be expected from a $255 phone,but its OK. Speaking of the performance,it is super snappy.I was able to use heavy games like Modern Combat 5 with 6-7 apps running in the background and still get smooth frame rates and absolutely no lags.The calling feature is also good.The other person could clearly hear what i was talking.And speaking of the main highlight battery,I must say IT IS A BEAST! I was able to go through 1.5 days of usage.And since being a medium Internet user i still could make it to the next day.A full charge on 1 day with 1-2 hours of video streaming(Youtube),1/2 hours of gaming,4-5 hours of social media(incl Whatsapp,Facebook etc.),1.5 hour of music playback and 5-10 calls I was left with 35% charge when I was plugging it the next day.Speaking of the camera,don't expect the same quality on other phones.It performs decent.Images were quite OK and I noticed a kind of painting effect on the images shot.Technically saying image wasn't that sharp but HDR mode will get you sharper images.
My overall Rating for this phone is 8.5/10. And I definitely recommend this phone to those people who find battery issues with their previous phones.With this price and given spec are pretty high,It is indeed a wallet friendly phone.
