when i connect to computer..it says driver not found in computer....how to connect phone to computer..there was no cd in box...and i cant find any drivers on internet..plz help me in this...how to connect the phone with computer..i have factory reset phone but of no use....

Very good phone at this price . Brilliant screen ,good camera sounds good .but there is weak network signel in shaded area such as inside buildings.It is bothering me.

Lenovo p700i is a great budget phone.I have been using the phone for 15days n i've brought it from lenovo exclusive store.The only thing that bothers u is that it does'nt have a flash and the rear camera is little embossed.But the phone has a great battery 2500mAh which gives u great battery backup n a dual core processor(MTK 6577 chipset with dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU) which makes the phone really fast.There is no screen lag n the mali-4(quad core) graphic card delivers a great gaming experience.Games like Asphalt 7,Nfs mw2 have been working properly on the phone n i did'nt witness any graphics lag while gaming.To be frank the speaker does deliver an average performance but the music experience with a good headphone is fabulous.The headset given by them as an accessory will not satisfy u a lot but once u have a good set of headphones and n u tune the equaliser for optimum performance u will love it.The mobile is dual sim.The phone weighs 162gms which is perhaps little heavy but there is no compromise on the display (800 by 480 pixels) 4-inch,233ppi pixel density.
The phone has a good camera which promises u a 720p@30fps recording(of course u'll miss the flash if ur more interested in the camera).It has built in face recognition app n app killer which give great pleasure to use the phone.
Lastly i suggest u to go for the phone if ur not highly brand specific(samsung or sony or htc)

Hey Guys,
There was a lot of bugs and issues with my phone. Do a factory reset, most of the bugs will be fixed. Mine had a problem with caller id and battery life. It got fixed after factory reset.

The screen is IPS LCD and has amazing clarity even in sunlight. Dual-sim, front facing camera plus trustworthy brand! The OS themes, animations etc are highly customizable. One hec-ova phone for 11.5k! Only downside is that its a wee bit heavy and headphone quality is bad. Try to get a demo piece, the UI will blow you away, its actually more responsive and faster than Samsung's so called hi-end "Galaxy" series. If you need a dual sim android phone with a snappy interface within 12k, get this NOW!

This model tempting too much to get my hands on.and yes the lack service support is a big negative.
So I will decide whether to buy It or not in couple of weeks.
P.s: it would be nice if you post a full detailed review for p700i as you own it.

Just 15 days back purchased in India. Is it like that Indian model having problem. Yes mine is also P700i with 2500mah battery. I have also seen one more person having same problem. Emailed to Lenovo but no reply. Thanks

Pls help.which is the best mobile?lenovo p700i... moreHi Ravi. You must look on the comaprison of both brands phone. Huwei has LED flash, but drawbacks are Cortex A5 processor,single sim(not even quad band), 1500 mAh battery,high price, TFT screen.,
Lenovo p700i offers LCD-IPS display,2500 mAh,dual SIM with dual standby(you can receive calls on both sims together at a time), cortex A9, price is 11,400 INR (on ebay.in), but yeah drawback does exist for the LED flash(it doesn't even matter to me,coz the phone is brilliant due its battery backup).
Both dont have easy available service center. I have already posted my opinion earlier on this website about after sales services of Lenovo in India(please read before buying). But service center might be there in metros and big cities(but atleast its not there in Rajasthan,India)
I wud recommend Lenovo as I too have bought one just now.

AnonD-90386, 20 Dec 2012What happened sir? why you do not like in this phone?I dont know if that is a problem with my battery or my phone. But with moderate use(without wifi and gps) i have to charge it two times in a day. Phone showing talktime of 8 hours and 29 minutes only at full charge. Where from you purchased this phone? Me from Hyderabad, India.
