I am using the phone from last 10 days..phone is brillient in many ways except the heat problem phone heats up quite frequiently specially when u use internet on 3G.,there is no megnetic sensor in phone as advertised by company.phn display is brillient its IPS and can b compared with 20k phone in indian market.one more correction is its 5 point touch not 4 point again wrong marketing management by lenovo.overall this phone is value for monry..i hv even tried 3d games on the phone its crashes sometimes not always.

yesterday i have purchaged lenovo p700i. phone looks very good and performance also good. but when i using this phone continuesly more than 30mins it's getting too much heat like a laptop. in spec they specified battery back up for calling 21hr but it's showing in phone 8hrs.

Raj, 11 Dec 2012i too agree it looks great bt while using it seems cheep qu... moreevery smartphone get heat up when you abuse it..even high ends or fam0us brand d0es'nt escape fr0m heat up issue..d0nt use it in extreme and you will see n0 heat up..

Just bought this phone yesterday, my first impression are wow, this is a good phone, but after a while, i feel that my phone upper side got too much heat i guess, is it normal ?? btw, is it possible to turn on light flashing notification, i mean the thing beside front camera is some kind of light notification right ?? how to turn this on, so when i got notification it will flashing.

At this price range it is very good phone.Now I found inside buildings there is no tower signal at all while samsung give good signal in same sim card.In my office it is not working.I am greatly dissappointed about that.It is seems small things but has big effect.I want to know it is only in my phone or some of you are also same ?

Karbonn a15 is almost same as lenovo p700i and bettery is 1400 mAh. So why lenovo p700i 's price is high and double than karbonn a15 in India.
I have to buy Lenovo but if its price will be Rs.8500-9000.
And i thing that price is good for 'MTK' chipset whis generaly used in Micromax, Karbonn, Spice etc.
So Lenovo india plz down ur price.

Ramu, 02 Dec 2012I have got some problems ,There is no 3g pocket data runnin... moreramu u r getting full tower or full network coverage in ur area, but the service provider is not providing data signals gprs,edge or 3g(hspa or umts). so what u r not getting internet on ur mobile...

i think the battery is more than enuf for the unit. it is 2500 mah better than the other dual core and icecreame sandwich units.

My Colleagues just bought this phone.
1 exchange email every 30 min (hundreds email everyday)
1 google account (gmail, gplay)
play angry bird1 about 1h
the battery was about 2day more (more 48h)
I cannot set the limit of background process like the tablet can do.
the price was only 1,900,000 IDR (USD 200)

Even I bought this phone yesterday @ 11.3K in Bangalore.
Installed few apps and games.
Battery backup with 3Hrs Wi-fi, 1hour call and playing games for an hour, I'm left with 40% battery life in 24Hrs duration.
