Bought this phab from lazada and been using for almost 2 months now....i like the look but gives me trouble it usually lags and battery sometimes heat ups battery problem is tolerable but lag problems gives me headache. Need advice

very slow refuse to update the android system the screen resolution not good even for pdf files .
sound ok
