Their phones are made for people that know what they are doing. Not fab fanboys looking for something shiny. So they don't need to give much support.

Gonna buy this phone once it goes official. All the phones are the same now (bigger screen, different processor, fingerprint unlock, better camera....etc) except this one. Google Tango man, state of the art. This phone is gonna be chick magnet.

Certainly, Xiaomi is the better one from build quality to OS implementation. All my Lenovo phone need to send to service center on various issue, but non of my Xiaomi phone yet has any problem. Certainly won't buy any Lenovo phone anymore despite their higher end spec. Xiaomi also manage their MIUI Android skin much better than other China brand, and certainly better than the one from Samsung, simply no bloatware and very minimalist. No apps drawer is non issue either, now I feel more redundant to have apps drawer, since I mostly access apps from home screen rather than always browse the apps drawer. The complain on Xiaomi mostly is because of the vendor rom installed on those import set where ads and bloat a lot. But the proper local set or the set flashed with MIUI global rom are free from these ads and bloat. Not trying to bash Lenovo or promote Xiaomi, but from someone who really own these phones. Build quality wise, all 2016 Xiaomi model are very good in build, with metal back, more refine design. You certainly need to check out their latest phone to find out how Xiaomi has evolve, they certainly not merely a hype, they really do deliver on cheap price, definitely one of the most satisfied brand for me compare to others.
