Videos sent over whatsapp are not viewable by the receiver. The audio is audible but the video only shows random colours. Any idea?

savio, 15 Nov 2014I had purchased Lenovo S660 on Dt.13/11/2014, can ypu pls h... moreUpdate is available since last Month..... u will have 3 Software updates.... the third Update for around 588 MB is the Update to kitkat.... but if you have not updated to kitkat i suggest not to update bcos it affects the wifi connectivity.... ur wifi will get cut automatically in 20-25 mins max and u will have to switch off and switch on the wifi again from ur phone settings.... latest update is for 4.4.2 only and we still have not received the update for 4.4.4.

I bought lenovo s660 3 days ago and im not getting any updates. When i check for updates it shows my phone is up to date. But in the version info it is 4.2.2 jellybean. Anyone please help.

Lenovo s660 cannot detect network, once you drop your phone to the ground then its over. I found that, Lenovo's IC is very fragile and so hard to repair.
