this is the best lenovo mobile ever created by lenovo.. to me it is perfect... it has everything you need, the camera, the memory, great design, user friendly, it comes with great tech spec.

After 4.4.2 upgrade
Battery drains faster.
Lags than jb.
Lot of Bugs.
Better 2be with 4.2 version.

It is the Lenovo update like in their Vibe series.
You can use launchers like GO Launcher, Nova launcher etc if you want menu type (the old style)

these are the bugs that I found after i updated my S820 to kitkat from jellybean.
1. Battery drains faster. When it was in JB version, from 100%, it last a day or two before the battery reaches 0% even when I'm playing my games. Now that it's in Kitkat version, the battery life do not last long unlike before.
2. Front Camera Timer is missing!! I love to take a picture. But after the update, thr front camera timer is gone!
3. The Menu Button is missing also. I know it is a new design but it is a bad design!! It is definitely bad idea to put all icons/apps in the "desktop" or main page. It's too crowded!
4. Themes. There are no available theme designs but the default one! I hate that there is no other way to change the themes. I hope they put a shop or whatever that will allow us to choose a theme.
And with regard to this, the only way I found is to make my own wallpaper. BUT when I try to use my own picture as my wallpaper, it turns to be "stretched" and there is no other way to adjust it. What a lame.
*The only good thing i found in Kitkat was the storage is bigger now. And it is faster noe. Nothing else.

I update my lenovo s820 with android kikat 4.4.2 now its worstest phone ...after updations ..camera is became worst not clear unlike before...can't pick the calls..showing pocket dailer..mobile screen alwyz showing pockiT failed msg..while getting call also ...can't pick call.......dosnt know what to do now......help plzz

I just got my phoned updated with the new lenovo launcher. I got a few questions to make:
1) Why did they remove the middle button in the lower screen where your phone, contancts, message, browser icons where, and if there's a way to fix it
2) I cant sort my icons anymore, its a shame for a very nice phone like s820.
If anyone got any good app or suggestions or solution to fix those things i would be very grateful! thnx

Where can we raise concerns about bug to lenovo? Also, l Will they still update this current version with bug fixes?
4.4.2 lenovo s820 is smoother but has a lot of bugs in my opinion...
