Make sure you get the 8GB internal memory and you'll be fine. :)

        I recommend you to return it to your seller and demand for the 8GB which is the same price, if not, even cheaper.

        If you can't return, don't be sad. There's a solution called Link2SD.

                Anonymous, 12 Jul 2014Not enough internal memory, 2gb only. I'm almost certain you've bought the 4GB edition. You should've purchased the 8GB edition as they're phasing out all 4GBs and the price of 8GB is the same (if not cheaper) than the 4GB.

                My advice, return to the place who sold you that unit and demand for an 8GB as the price is the same or even cheaper. :) HTH!

                  Anonymous, 12 Jul 2014Camera is not up to expectation. GPS is horrible. I'm using the camera on a regular basis to capture all my receipts and important documents to be stored in CamScanner App.

                  I use Waze navigation app on a daily basis.

                  No complaints from me. I'm a happy camper considering that this phone is over 300 ppi w/ 8GB internal storage!! :)

                    ssmaria, 11 Jul 2014i just upgrade my s820 to kitkat..then my sim card in slot ... moreYour IMEI chip may be faulty. It is quite common and Lenovo service center (it's Citilight in Manila) quickly replaces it for free. They can replace it in less than 10 mins.

                          janz, 09 Jul 2014My s820 auto reboots after being idle for quite some time,.... moreYour phone might be overheating. If you have a case, remove it. If you already have removed the case, place it in a cooler place (not too cold to the point it will moist).

                          If that fails, reformat your phone to factory setting. Most likely, you have installed an app that's driving your phone nuts.

                          If all fails, contact Lenovo. They can solve your concern ASAP.

                            Do you have a screen protector covering the light sensor?
                            That area might be dirty. Try removing your screen protector if it's blocking the light-sensor.

                              big mistake by buying. getting hung and restarting always. storage space insufficient message comes while updating apps. so have to uninsatll many built in free apps. camera is ok . but video gets stuck. poor opinion of this phone . let down. only after 8 months of use

                                      I have rooted my phone using framaroot and removed the chrome stock app. After that I couldn't update the firmware which was released last time. I headed that Kitkat update has released for s820. Can I able to update my phone to Kitkat? It is not yet available in my phone "software update". Kindly advice how can I update my S820 to Kitkat

                                        I just upgraded my s820 to kitkat 4.4.2. Everything is fine. I dont care about different theme or skin or limited wallpaper after upgrade. All i care about is now there is no partition for internal memory anymore, so i can install more app in my phone than before. Notification goes well here, fb, email, message, etc.
                                        Thanks Lenovo, keep up the good work.
