I bought LENOVO S820 cellphone last August 17, it is "almost" my dream phone. Stylistic, light weight, 12MP camera is amazing, UI is also user friendly, plus the Quadcore experience, good bye lags! (I haven't experienced lags so far!). Battery life are average, of course it consumes a lot of batt since it is Android phone.
But yesterday, when I was about to charged it, I turn it off. And after an hour, I check it, I can not open it anymore. I immediately send it to the store where I buy it (SM Calamba) and after few checking, they still can't open it! They said they cannot replace it since it is already past 7 days (YES! they allow replacement only for within 7 days!oh hell!) They advise me to go to the nearest service center to check it (SM Southmall, Zapote, Las Pinas) but also there, they can't do anything about it so they advise me to go to their main office in Greenhills, San Juan, Manila! It took me an effort & money, but everything is nonesense! And for Christ's sake I'm only using it for 19 DAYS!!!no drops!no scratch! It's just simply gone away! Why it is like that? Also the service center is not accommodating, only limited and their tools are not complete. I wish LENOVO would improve their authorized service center and their warranty replacement. It took me such a hassle!!!
