I tried to update my lenovo s920 to kitkat but after I downloaded firmware of 700mb,it showed caution that"firmware is file error"....is anybody facing same prob?? what should I do now?

I downloaded new firmware today 4.4.2 baseband version s920.row.v104 build number s920I_row_s220_140722
It is android kitkat from lenovo system update on setting icon.
This update makes my phone so fast. Just make sure you back up your files. All my files got deleted after this update. stupid me. :) Great experience with this phone. Wont exchange this with another phone.

I just updated my lenoS920 to KitKat 4.4.2. It is upgradeable to 4.4.2

I notice the most big problem is network band problem and I upgrade some new rom after something missing like compass not working SIM card not detective. No network and camera errors etc......but this phone is very nice very smooth touch every fast chipset and good price its very cool

I has an firmware update for S920 same where around 17/18 th July post update GPS is not functioning,
Its unable to pickup location. Initially I thought it was a problem with the google Maps and uninstalled the updates still facing the same issue.
I am doubting the firmware update could be a problem.
Anyone facing such issues with the latest update from Lenovo ??

Before i updated my fone using ota . i still have google play store but after the installation finished,so i reset it back to the factory mode and then my gapps gone . why? And how can i get back my gapps back ? or maybe just send it back to the centre ? Is there any solutions ?

My lenovo ask for an update but after I did that,Play Store and all apps are lost.But when I open play store with browser,all the apps are already installed.I noted that the upgrade was made to transfer Jelly Bean to Kitkat.Help!

for all smartphone user. if u have problem with memory, maybe it's because the memory card. Make sure use the high class memory card, every class have different performance

i bought this phone 8 month ago, but there is something make me so annoyed, because always warning that the storage was full. sometimes the application not responding and play store also doesnt work, i have to go to the service center, and they said the problem because my software was broken, they gave solution to back up my phone, already tried but still doesnt work. finally i come back again to the service center, and they said, my phone have to upgrade and im missing all of my file.. after that it will be finished service around 1 till 3 days. it is some problem really i hate, because my first time to brough a phone and just 8 month already has a problem like this. ok it is my experience with s920. im sorry if my english is not good enough. thank u!

This phone is great but unfortunally my lenovo s920's screen is cracked . And my lenovo s920 have few bug like the phone storage always full and it often bothering me , but at least this is a great android phone . I hope there is official android kitkat ( 4.4) for this phone and fix my bug . Sorry if my English not to good and mistaken . Thank you

My s 920 have lcd problem after 1month. And stil not yet to finish after 4 month of service. I am very disapointed.

I bought this phone within 2 month. All ok..but when i m playing game. Some of application is unsupported. Lack or something else i dont know. Mostly 3D games. Last month change to new chip board. Damage when playing 3D car race. Screen blank and cant on back. My luck, still under warranty..huhu..FOC
