Please, I activated my Lenovo S920 on 18 February 2014 with great joy. however in two months later (March)I started experiencing freezing problems with the phone. The malfunctioning started at the button of the screen; the common three Android keys (Menu key, Home key and Return key). And now it has affected 1/4 of the screen. Any key or function that falls within this area does not function.
Now I can not even draw the patterns to unlock my phone.
Please, what is the problem and what can I do? I love the phone(S920)

It was a good phone but i'm also having problems with it. It sometimes turn off by itself and open again by itself. The wifi button also stops i think it lags? But i can't do about the wifi because it has something to do with the phone not with the connection. How can i fix this?

I used this phone for about a month.
I was not a smartphone buff, only used Blackberry Bold earlier for work-related stuffs- email, BBM, reading documents etc. Company paid for all that. My personal phone is an ancient monochrome Nokia. So this was basically my first exposure to personal smartphone and android.
I found the transition to be rather smooth. It was difficult at first to understand how it works but after a few days I have figured out most of the important buttons/icons. The UI can be better but I have no major complaint. It responds very well and has minimal lag. Camera is mediocre but I am probably prejudice since I own 3 DSLRs. Overall it was satisfactory for its price.
My biggest disappointment is the screen protection. I got it scratched after just a week. It was so so vulnerable. I probably should have gotten a protector film installed but come on, it got scratched over something so benign. I compared this with my wife's Note 3 and felt rather disappointed. So if you're getting this phone, put a screen protector.

I am having a hard time with the sound on my s920 I can't hear all the music I downloaded. Even on youtube I can't hear the sounds. Please help. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm using S920 8GB edition ... it's very good smartphone and i never had a big problem with this phone ;) ... SERIOUSLY I DON'T KNOW THE VIDEO RECORDING RESOLUTION OF THIS PHONE, MAYBE 2K or 4K ??? But lenovo S920 is a very very good smartphone ... And i love it :)
