Im using this phone for almost 2 years already. I'm having these kind of problems with this phone such as, some apps are not responding, when I shut down the phone it didn't shut down but restart. I cannot change every setting on the phone like turning on the alarm, connecting the wifi, this message will pop out ( Unfortunately, Setting has stopped) Please help me resolve this problem. ASAP

i was purchased lenovo s-920 exact date is 14/06/2014......few days ago means 22/09/15 i was shown to customer care for some hanging problem and some unwanted files auto downloading.....they told me that i come tomorrow.....and when i visited to customer care they told me that your phone is not usable now....i got shocked..... how can they have told me like this.....but as per their opinion someone has to make update my phone, even their is no update is available......its very bad LENOVO............

Have been using it for ± 2 yrs no probls whatsoever.Upgraded to KitKat also no probls.Not much bloatware,cam and batt excellent.Will stick to this brand coz it has a broad portfolio.You serve me well,Lenovo! Two thumbs up !

1. Make sure your battery is less than 15%.
2. Reboot the phone.
3. Go to Power Manager. Plug in your charger. Click "Battery Calibration".
During calibrating process, please ensure that the charger functions and plugged in well. Do not disturb the process as calibration may fail. Let it charge until full 100% and you will get the battery experience as good as new! :D

I really disappointed with s920 cuz i've repaired the charger port 7 times in 1 & a half year period... Because it's too sensitive & easily to malfunction... And now I'm surely getting a new phone ... Sorry s920..

guys! i have done origin setting automatically and now my lenova S920 is not charging. it is in charge already for 5 hours but there is only 11 % charge. what can i do with it?

totally unsatisfactory...4 times in a year had my phone repaired and after lapse of 1 yr warranty, not working again, this must be factory defect.....

its not sorking1. Click or select the contact to which u need to set the caller picture.
2. Now, on the top right corner you'll find a 'pencil' which means edit. Click that.
3. You'll get options to choose pic or take pic from camera.
4. You can set and save.

Parruen, 07 Jul 2015Well, I'm using this phone about 1 year + and still I didn'... moreI have been using this phone for a year + too.. I got kitkat upgrade after many versions of jelly bean upgrades. But I better chose not to upgrade to kitkat as I read many negative reviews after upgrade. So better stick on to JB OS. I didn't find any problem with JB OS and I'm happy with it.
