    Steps to Fix Touchscreen:
    1. Make sure your tablet is on.
    2. Battery level must not be low (below 15%) This is also safe even if the tablet is plugged in.
    3. HOLD the volume down and power button AT THE SAME TIME. Do not let go no matter what until you feel the tablet vibrate. It's normal that it will take a screenshot and the screen will turn off.
    4. You are now in test mode. You can choose from "Full Test" and "PCBA Test" (this will test all parts of your tablet even the touch screen which is the first part) or "Item Test" (choose Touchpanel Edge).
    5. Whatever you choose from the 3 options (I do recommend Item Test then Touchpanel as this is shorter) you will be presented with red lines. Just trace it by following your fingers through the red lines that will appear (doesn't have to be exact)
    6. You are now done. Just HOLD the power button and click Restart.
