I cannot use google play store. How can I use or install google play store. My update version ardroid 5.0.1 and Lenovo A7-30TC S000103. So please suggest me how can I install google play. Thanks

Anonymous, 24 Feb 2017don"t try to upgrade.lolipop is not good.kitkat version is goodmissus did an update from KitKat to Lollipop and the tab2 a7 bricked itself. now stuck in a bootloop. Tried hard reset, removing battery even Lenovo smart assistant device recovery (Tab 2 a7 turned out to not even be supported). I would like to extract data from device, but cannot get USB debugging mode turned on at the device so PC will not recognise it. even if the data is impossible to retrieve, I would like to reload the device as the hardware is in perfect working condition just software in a total pickle. any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used my tab for quite sometime and now I cannot get connected to my home ADSL.Tab keeps telling me "settings isn't responding.Do you want to close it?"and underneath it states "checking for update" but I assume that because not connected via wlan it cannot actually check' I am desperate to once agin get going.any help appreciated.

It says that you nee atleast 50% of batt power.
the solution for that is to look for the firmware of your tablet then flash it on flashtool.

i can't open my tablet once i system update it and the result is, it errors then it back on the factory reset then i reboot it, after i reboot it, it stucked on the logo for an hour then it closes because it's battery died after that i charged it up then open it again it stucked on the logo again and i try it to go in the factory reset and the logo goes on again and that's all. can you help me to open it again =).
