my auto-rotate missing from my tab. why is it possible?

Even though I connected with WIFI, my mobile data is being used. I switched off the Data connection, corrupted the APN, but still some how the mobile data is being used and I keep getting that irritating notification every min. Its just connects and disconnects every min. Can someone give me the solution for it?

i dont understand, they have written that my lenovo tab 2 A7-30 D can make calls. But it doesn't receive or make calls. This is really frustrating
