Lenovo Tab budget tablet with 10.1-inch display debuts in India
The Lenovo Tab is the latest tablet offering from the China-based brand that is now available for purchase in India. It’s a budget Android tablet that offers a large 10.1-inch display and a metallic design.
Lenovo Tab sports a 10.1-inch LCD display with WUXGA resolution and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The panel is rated for 400 nits of brightness. The tablet gets thick bezels and a 5 MP front facing camera in landscape orientation.
The budget tablet from Lenovo is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. It features 4 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of internal storage, which is expandable via a microSD card slot.
It packs a 5,100mAh battery with 15W charging support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and an 8 MP rear camera. The tablet is available in Luna Grey and Polar Blue colors. It weighs 425 grams.
The Lenovo Tab runs Android 14-based ZUI 16 out of the box and is slated to receive two years of OS updates.
It is available in both Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi/LTE variants in India. The Wi-Fi model is available in 4 GB/64 GB priced at INR 10,999 ($125), and 4 GB/128 GB that costs INR 11,999 ($135). Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi/LTE variant costs INR 12,999 ($150). The tablet is available for purchase via Amazon and the official Lenovo India website.

Bigger battery is for the reason to have more screen time and not to compensate the hungry hardware.

You should try samsung t295, for readings browsing and movie should be fine, this is not power hungry SOC like 8gen1 with bonus heating that need bigger battery
