it has 4 cores, 03 Oct 2022only 4 cores, not 8.True. Also, the GPU is a PowerVR GE8300.
It's basic and even expensive but it's quite snappy and comes with a transparent plastic case, which is a rarity for such simple tablets.

I have this tablet. I unlocked bootloader and rooted with Magisk.
I just flashed a pure vanilla gsi Android 11 (not go edition) and the tablet is nice finally.

put latest processor, latest camera, 2k 120hz screen Amoled, biggest battery, thin bezel, large storage and Ram in this. I will ditch my phone for this. why manufacturer wasting time keep produce cheap spec tab.

I think some bezel on a tablet is nice and the M7 could be just fine ergonomically speaking.
The lenovo V7 has different screen ratio: 18:9, so it is obviously a slimmer device anyway.
Remember the 1st gen. Nexus 7. It had 7" screen 16:9 and measured 12 cm wide! Now we are talking about something substantial ..
