Fails to update to its own factory updates! And i am talking about OTA updates. Impossible to flash! Impossible to place a custom ROM, tons of problems.

This phone was locked when I bought it and I did not have the username or password so I could not unlock it. I took it to 4 phone shops and they could not unlock it either, So I had paid for a phone I could not use - and the shop I bought it from refused to fix it too

I had a belief that Lenovo were bringing about good phones to the market, and i took this phone as my first smartphone. To be frank, this phone is the WORST decision of my life. Really, not joking. And at a 5100Rs price point now, this phone sucks even better. Fixed focus bad camera, bad RAM management, bad screen display, heating issues, completely freezing ... I mean come on! How can Lenovo make such a f*cking bad phone? I was totally disappointed with the purchase.

very very bad phone ..you can use only for 6 months after that just through it to the dust bin worst phone .battery worst 1gb ram usually heat up on net without net hang problem if you are using internet supporting application.
totally wastage of money .DO NOT BUY EVEN IN 1 $....

My Lenovo vibe c A2020a40 gets very hot when in use and consequently drains battery power rapidly. I had taken the phone to Lenovo's specified service centre for repairs a number of times but to no avail. what should I do or replace in the phone? here is email alc ; edkem4life@gmail.com

a fantastic phone - when you make some changes...like custom ROM! After flashing custom ROM, adjust the camera and you'll get a satisfactory picture quality
