i bought a p1m 2 days ago. i hadnt put sim card or micro sd card yet. now it seems that the phone won't switch on. it shows the blinking charging symbol when plugged it. but nothing on display. is there any solution 4 it or should i return and replace the piece. pls advice me

please guide me.. which one is best option around Rs. 7000..? Lenovo vibe p1m, Acer z530, or Redmi prime 2, meizu m2..? or is there any other option available.. main camera should b good.. battery life should b good for moderte user.. looks & build quality should b better..
