I'm in great need of your help. I am constantly disturbed by the occasional display of the advertisement of my mobile phone. Every time I leave my phone on a standby mode and even when I lock it off, a pop-up advertisement of the specific model of my phone would always comes out. Even when my cellular data and wi-fi are both turned off, still it appears. How can I get rid of the advertisement's frequent disturbance on my phone? Thank you!

Bm, 05 Jan 2017Its nice phone .I just bought this one month before Com... moreUpdate the phone to latest firmware. and reset it before using. Old firmwares were shipped with addwares which turn on the data automatically. The problem is solved in the updates.

Friends,for those who are thinking to buy this mobile, I would suggest NOT to buy this as it has some serious bugs in its hardware and software. Flash light gets ON and hard to find how to switch off, sometimes phone goes to power save mode without pressing left side slide switch.
