Whenever i tap the "Music" program... it always say "unfortunately, Music has stopped".
Anyone know Why and how to fix this?
now i use "Play Music" only, & it works fine.

Bala, 17 Nov 2015Press the Volume - , When it becomes zero its a silent mode... moreThere is another way to switch the phone to silent mode. Press the power switch until the shutdown menu comes on, then press the silent highlight. This is default for Kitkat and lollipop

Ganesh S, 17 Nov 2015its have no back light for touch sensitive buttons.I haven't got the phone yet. As per online video reviews, the touch buttons are backlit, at least on the white version
