Don't use any other charger, use only the given charger with the handset, try to push your cable end slots perfectly in both the ends (charger head and mobile charging slot) if problem stil presist take your handset and charger to a lenovo authorized service center that is nearest to you!

vimal, 07 Sep 2016Me also HV a same prblm..The speaker of the phone is in the left bottom corner, and the right bottom corner has got a microphone, thus there is nothing wtrong with your phone..

No vibration & ringing volume is truely less when in pocket, both the sim slots should b LTE, but 1 sim slot is LTE.
Downloading apps is difficult. That's too 4 months old phone only.

This phone is perfect for the price.. Veri ok camera under light.. Ok weight.. Great display..great battery..it evn has notification light.. It just d performance dats laggin sp if u dont play serious games.. Youll b fine
