i hav baught a lenovo vibe x2 from flipkart which was delivers on 15.11.14. The ph has a problem that is few apps like whats app , true caller etc work on wi-fi but do not work on 3g connection. Service centre people updated the software but still could not resolve the issue….really a typical issue…any one did same issue or any solution respond

Hey Guys,
I had read almost all reviews about the phone before buying it and was very hopeful of the product that i was buying.
Unfortunately the phone worked well for about 2-3 days and then started to show signs of immense decay.
i have taken time out to write a detailed review as i felt this should go on public domain as a new phone should not fail on so many counts. My father is using a lenovo and is very satisfied (mind it he bought from a regular brick and mortar shop)
1. could not receive calls, all i could do is hear the phone ringing at times
2. after switching on the internet the phone jsut stops to respond
3. has stopped taking charging from electrical point, only charges when connected to a laptop
4. battery gets heated
5. power button does not respond at times on its own
If there would have been a negative rating for the product and Flipkart service. would have done so.
Flipkart Staff had called me after i requested for a return though they said it would need another call from the manager, who has not bothered to call, When raised with the customer service again, they have given me a date of 25th Nov 2:30 pm for this issue to get resolved and nothing more with no details shared on what's happening on their side.
Sometimes it makes me wonder, is it because of online nature of business that these issues crop up more regularly.

I have purchase Lenovo Vibe X-2 mobile on dt 17/10/14 through Flip cart, there are many issues/ problems in this phone
1. Battery backup is very very Poor .
2.Display sceen resolution is not satisfactory.
3. No any feature which attract, Over all performance is Poor
Total wastage of money.

5" Screen but battery life is only 2300 mAh... so, not good battery backup.. other future is nice

The big drop back is there r no memory card slot and no otg pendrive supports. so plz notice when u buy this mobile. yours welcome...!!!

MotoG 2nd gen or Vibe x2. MotoG is not good looking all other features are ok.
