You kight want to get an app called flashify to get into twrp recovery. Finally, enjoy your better Vibe X2.

It's not detecting my sim card..it worked well for last past months...nowit doesn't..can someone pls help me.

I used 6 month but the touchscreen is bad and now randomly jumping and canot type or open apps canot use the phone only with remote connection.
The support and service is a pice of cake.
If you do not want to throw out of money then do not buy it.

My x2 is only 1 week and it hangs and it easily gets hot and the battery easily drains. When i read the opinions of other owners of x2 i thought i should have not bought this phone.

The performance is great, almost outdoes the Galaxy S6 in CPU performance. By the way, I'm writing this on the Vibe X2 right now.

I've been using this mobile for past 6 months..but now I'm facing a major issue..the battery shows a percentage..but it still remain for that percentage for 2-3 hours and then the mobile gets shut down unexpectedly. Later when I plug the charger ,it's shows charging from 0%.. Pls can someone help me regarding this?

Do not buy this phone. I had my vibe x2 for 1 year, terrible decision to buy this phone.
1. At new phone condition, battery only last 3-4 hours of usage time from 100% until 0%.
2. At new phone condition, easily overheat on moderate usage (browsing or wathcing youtube).
3. After a couple of months, easily overheat itself on hot day even if you are not using it.
4. After few times of overheating, phone easily shutdown by itself and it cannot be turned on unless you plug it first with charger.
5. After shutdown by itself, battery indicator did not show the actual remaining battery. So, during usage, you might think you still have 60% of charge while actually the phone only have 10%. Therefore phone will automatically shutdown again when it reaches 0% charge and if you charge it, it will tell you it was already 0%.
For the past 1 year, vibe x2 price has dropped to over 50% of it's original price during launch. Sign of not a really good phone.

Bla bla bla , 15 Apr 2016I have the problem with my lenovo vibe x2. He is old like 8... moreSame problem with mine. Suddenly auto shutdown by itself especially during high usage. If you connect the charger it will always indicate 63% at 07:00 (phone time was reset).
Try plug and unplug with charger, and turn it on. Don't use it until it cools down else it will auto shutdown again.
