Anonymous, 18 Feb 2025no sd card slot no audio jack no fm radio no NFC no 4K ... moreconsidering tablet keyboard cases go for 200usd and the pen for 100, it is in fact a 350usd tablet with bundled in features other companies leave out.

QC has been pretty harshly increasing SOC prices since the success of the 8g1, with no accompanying appreciable silicon area increase. i believe considering who the device is aimed at, it makes enough sense to cut the sd slot for an 8g3 instead of an 8sg3. this is likely in the same boat, as its still the value offer when compared to something like the tab s10+.

            A fine tablet but...

            The "600 euro" price is based on the "700 dollar" in the US, also that 700 dollar is excluding taxes.

            Euro price is 799 euro, and honestly iPad, OnePlus or Samsung are a better buy for that, S10+ is around 910 euro with 7 years of updates, but Tab S9 is 540 euro and OnePlus Pad 2 is at around 490 euro here (Samsung makes sense for OLED, software and stylus, OnePlus makes sense for hardware inside)

            So lenovo is pretty pricey.

                For this price it is 100 times nothing

                  Lenovo is an odd one they take away SD card and cellular from Legion Y700 one after another, a bigger tab doesn't have neither the storage expansion or a secondary USB port but the smaller tab has it. It's like a parent purposely making their child play piano while they excep at violin.

                  Legion Y700 could easily curb stomp iPad Mini if only Lenovo wanted it. That thing would sell like hot cakes on a sunday morning if they brought back SD Card slot, cellular and half decent software support.

                  Same with this one, could easily put Samsung tabs to shame but oh well ...

                    Cheaper than Samsung Tab S10+ with some trade offs, yet still fair for the price.
