Mi5 pro or zuk z2? Which one is better? I like zuk for battery life and 5-inch screen and price but Xiaomi mi5 for me has a beatiful design and more support from the community. Help me

How do you enable the System UI Tuner, so that the pull down notification bar can be made to display shortcuts like brightness, data, wifi, etc the way we are able to do so in Android 5.0?

Pros:
Phone - fast, sturdy, looks amazing, simple design, very good battery life
Camera - very detailed pictures in lit places, 120fps videos, 4k video works well. Pictures very sharp in lit places.
Cons:
Phone - slippery, it feels sturdy but my back panel broke when it fell from 1m (cuz it was slowly slipping on table until it fell).
Camera - low lit pictures are average, which for me is kind of bad, UNLESS you use HDR and hold phone very steady. No OIS and no laser focus (can't focus for macros). There is no 960fps, its 120fps slowed down. Don't get fooled.

How do I enable the System UI Tuner on the Z2? Tried doing whatever is suggested for the nexus, but the problem is that when I pull down the notification bar I do not see the gear shaped icon at all. Pl help????
