Hi, i have z2 for a year now and i love it. It is perfect exept the mediocre camera. Last week i have a problem , a horizontal line about the thick of a finger is dead , the touch does not respond, in the hight of keyboard and i can't type all letters. That thing happens out of nowhere , i didn't drop or wet my phone. Also i perform a factory reset in case and didn't fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance!

This company is garbage, their OS is buggy and apps keeps crashing then reboots phone!!! Overheats at danger levels, drains battery fast even with 3500mah(probably fake)....
