I have numbers of my friends saved in the phone with their names bit when these people calls me only the number which appear. Jimmy B, 05 Sep 2012I have this phone for a week. I am still using it, there's ... moreThere is a way to fix the alarm volume problem.
1. Set the alarm you want on the handset.
2. Once completed, save and quit to the main screen.
3. Turn OFF the handset. Wait for 5 second and turn it ON again. By default, alarm volume will sound as loud as the ringtone or message tone.

I have this phone for a week. I am still using it, there's no problem. Very good low end phone. The minus is only one for me, the alarm sound is so quiet and there's no alarm volume to adjust.
