My lg c199 was working fine until i used wired headphones after i took it ou the sounds stopped working ive tried adjusting the volume and powering it off and on, is there a way to fix this? I feel like i just clicked a button

Can someone please tell me how to reset sounds such as ringtones and touchpad sounds, key sounds, etc. I cant find anywhere in the settings where to adjust or change sounds. Many thanks
