bought 2 of these phones in jan this year,as reports on here phone was easy to use..good camera,shame about the pathetic quality,as its now may weve had 4 of these phones all suffered data loss refusal to open pics and text messages and no camera function,really annoying,myself and my wife both lucjy weve had ours replaced within the shop warranty now have a motorolla and a nokia ..to my relief,want my opinion dont buy the lg..its crap..lg have serious quality issues

When I first got my phone I was pleased but then I lost all my pics and stuff. I typed in the code and it was brand new. Yesterday it happened again. I've had enough because it keeps deleting pics that are important 2 me! If you want my advise don't buy one of these phones.

I got this phone from Verizon Wireless, and I've had no problems so far, after purchasing it six months ago.

only had my phone 4 mths and it has crashed twice,i phoned LG and they sent me another pre-paid enevelope for me to resend to them to refix hope it dosnt crash again as all my photo's of my baby have disappeared and my music also, what a pain cause i think its going to keep breaking down no matter what so anyone thunking of buying one dont bother.

My friend has this fone and she said that all her photos were deleted like everyone else says, my fone is crap n it is worse dan this fone so she got it good but i feel sorry for u lot cos my fone hasnt crashed or anythin yet n i ave had it bout a month

I hate the phone. Data loss is completely disappointing and cant be forgiven, more especially if the 4ne cant be replaced even within th eperiod of guarantee! Makes me wonder about other LG products!

I had loads of photos on my LG C2200, all saved ok, then I went to America, took more photos all ok, but when I went to look at what I had taken they were all gone, although they all come up as saved, I cant get them back where are they?

ive had this fone since the end of november and ive had to factory reset it 4 times. If that isnt bad enough, i was texting today at school and the screen suddenly started to crack inside, and all of the ink has come out of it!!!!

i got this phone just before xmas and the the other day it just froze so i closed it over and evrything has been deleted ! now my camera just sez plz try agin and it is totaly not workin

i would like this phone even better if my vibrating works it's really annoying as i can't feel if my mum texts me at school and if it's important and i get it at the end of the day its not that clever is it? and also i didnt get a DATA cable thing in my box to download my pictures so i'm a bit annoyed because this fab phone cots me alot

this is the most crappest fone i av ever had in my life .. i av had it 4 about 5 - 6 weeks n its broke already 3 of my friends av all broke 2 .. wot am i gunan do without a fone 4 the " 2 weeks " they said it will take my friends took 3 months it is rubbish!!!!!

o and wow ur bettery only lasts 12 hours mine lasts ages and i had my phone ages now well since Xmas and it only messed up 1ce i got lucky hehe

This mobile is good, except for the network name that we can't hide.
About the problems: get it for repair, they'll update the firmware. Some firmwares are indeed bugged, my problem wasn't the picture/messages corruptions, but the battery that lasts 12h only. Now everything's fine.
It's a good mobile, too bad for the bugs, it's hot. How can I remove the network name display?!

LG C2200 is gd phone well i like and soon i will av the NCK code for it all u av to do is ask t-mobile they will send it u in post accept it will take up to 28 days to get it and cost's £15 but every were i went ppl said they had to take it home like i trust them.

hi i want to get this phone but everyone says that they are gettin the same problems with it. i dont know if this is just their phones. is there anyone whos phone is fine ??

I had the same problems as described here. I called LG and they have upgraded the software and say that the new software should remove this "hanging" problem.
If your phone software version is V102 (C200P40FL-44-v102-234-30) then it is worth getting it upgraded to V103. LG will collect the phone free of charge and send it back within 5 working days (mine came back in 3 days!) Their number is 08700 505123.

The reset code 2945#*# does not reset my LG C2200, the phone still needs NCK code to operate. The phone IMEI SV: 354867001322142 00. The reset option in phone is No. 6
