i have bought this phone pre-paid through (australia) "Virgin Mobile" i have had the sim card unlcocked so i can put my "telstra" sim in. upon recieving generic setting for gprs/wap setup from telstra(having to set it up myself) still can't download ringtones, send mms etc.....HELP

i recently brought this phone and at first it was great but about 2 weeks after purchasing it it turned itself off and i can barely get it to turn on and if it does turn on it wont stay on for longer than 10 minutes i have tried charging it but it doesnt do anything the red charge light wont even come on does anyone know how to solve this problem is it the phone or the battery or have i got a one off peice of junk

i just bought 1 and i recon its friggin gr8 and can any 1 tell me if it can have real ringtones because i got a sexy phone but not a sexy ringtone =(

Im on my second LG 3310 in two days. First one turned on for 5 mins and failed. Second one actually turned on but the earpiece doesn’t work, just crackles. A friend of my wife has the same problem after three months with the same phone. Two of these phones, brand new from a reputable dealer in two days and they don’t work. So will not be trying a third one! Looks like a good phone if you can buy one that works.

similar problem, i have turn off my mobile phone during the night and in the next day i can't turn on my mobile phone.
i also have tried to recharge the battery phone,but the lcd from mobile doesn't show the progress bar for battery recharge. :(
battery problem or something else? anyone have the solution to this problem?

just some specifications of LC C3310:
-voice recorder
-world time
-unit converter
-250 text messages (SMS)
-150 picture messages (MMS)
-900 pictures to store
-VGA camera: black-white picture, flash, pcitures with frames, pictures with red-effects.
-250 numbres in adress book (you can chose funny icons to personalise your ads!)
-you can chose a menu color (pink, blue, black,...)
-You can take a picture and use it as a background (nice ^_^)
=> By the way: this mobile rocks ^_^
