hi, i love this phone and i've had it for ages but i was just wondering.. is there anyway to get the photos from the phone onto my computer? i know it doesn't have infrared but can i buy a cable or something? thankyou in advance.

The LG C3310 doesn't support videos (even small ones) - still a great phone though!

i dont have any problem regarding with the phone c3310... but it just lacking a bluetooth or infrared port.... well, all in all the phone was amazing!

In response to Tal, Lexi and mukku, my earlier post details how to add pictures to your phonebook. You have to change the size of them from 640x480 in the photo scren, to 48x48. Photos taken will then appear on the phone where you can use them for phone entries etc.
The LG C3310 is a great little phone (especially at £19.99 with a trade-in at Orange shops). They are very hard to come by now though, so be prepared to travel to get one.
Mine has developed a problem where it intermittenly switches off and back on again. I'm replacing it, and hope the replacement is OK (other than that its great) - Camera, colour screen, nice interface etc.

As I struggled to get photos on the contacts on my LG C3310, I thought I'd drop through the steps to do this:
Photos for the Phonebook must be taken in 48x48 resolution. To do this go into camera mode by pressing the 'Camera' button. On the top of the screen you can see a scrollable menu and using the left or right navigation keys scroll so that the resolution option is in the centre. If it doesn't already say 48x48 then press the down navigation key until it is selected (a red square should appear on the centre of the screen). Any photos taken in this resolution will be available for selection in the phone book.

Please please can anyone tell me how to attach a picture out of my photo album onto the phonebook details. The user guide seems to indicate i can do this but doesn't say how....

its a good phone but my mms isnt working and i changed the settings as it said to on the virgin vibe website and i now only have a inbox for my multimedia messages which i cant even see and my sms inbox has dissaperared what do i do ?

Got mine today, just wanted a cheap little spare with pay as you go. £29.99 Orange shop or £19.99 with a trade in. Id liken it to the old Samsung T100 but with a camera. Seems a very nice little phone so far and for the price, couldnt want more really

in reply to a few of you, i had the same problem with my ringtones. to solve it i assigned the ringtone i wanted to each group seperately (eg. family, friends, collegues). you can do this through contacts and then caller groups. then assigne the ringtone u want. hope this helps!

To ionut...The answer to your problem is you need to put photos in your albums to have photos in them....When you take a picture it dosnt save to my albums it should save to My photos.....My albums is your own personal photo album that you can create with photos you choose....

hi, just wanted to warn people who have this phone.
i bought a data cable for this model off ebay, the ad was usb data cable for LG C3310.
i tried everything to get it to connect and got nowhere. in the end i asked LG why i was having these problems to be told that this model does not support USB datacables it has to be a serial data cable that connects to
your serial com port one. i got one of these from LG and connected straight away no problem. so dont waste your money on usb data cables.
