I have had this phone for nearly 10 months now and haven't had a single problem. The battery life is just too good - I charge once and although I don't talk that much, it runs for nearly a week! And it takes just about an hour to charge fully again.
The camera is pretty good - the phone does not have a LED flash, so pics don't come all that great in low light. But under bright light, the pics are unbelievably awesome!
The phone does not come with a USB cable or an extra memory card - you'll have to buy them separately. Also, it's not enough if you just buy a USB cable since the phone's internal memory cannot be used directly to transfer stuff to your PC and back - you'll have to transfer to the memory card first and then connect the phone to the PC and transfer data. If you buy them, then no problem at all.
I haven't had any problems with the touch screen as well. So far it's been responding just like its brand new.
The best part is that the screen does not take scratches at all. I think the front is some kind of scratch resistant layer. Just rub with a moist cloth and it's as good as new!
There is definitely a bit of learning curve involved with the QWERTY on screen keyboard. Even after months of use, you do tend to make the odd mistake but hey that happens with any phone.
All in all, a pretty good phone that packs in some good features, style and good looks!

The battery isn't good at all. If you use it daily it needs to be charged every night. Don't expect to listen to a lot of music without charging earlier.

22shel, 05 Jun 2009My battery is horrible 2!Guys, if you live in an area with no 3G coverage then turn off the 3G. When the phone is searching for a 3G signal it drains the batterey very quickly. When the 3G is turned off it almost doubles the battery life. Seriously you should try it.

I don't like the lock feature. I deselected the auto lock, but it still locks during a call. I must continuously unlock. Touch screen fine. easy to read display. Doesn't ring loud enough for me

Touch response time is pretty slow
QWERTY Keyboard is easy to make mistakes on (even after months of use)
Simply a phone with a touchscreen menu, no redeeming factors to the touch screen other than that
Camera has a purple tinge as well.
Feels too light, like a toy.
If you're going to buy this phone, don't expect much features-wise. Looks nice though.

Have had the phone for a month and so far I have nothing but good things to say about it. If going up against the Iphone it would go down in a head to head battle, but go down in a hell of a good battle. If you’re looking for a phone that you're going to talk on a lot hands down this is much better than the Iphone everything about talking on this phone blows the Iphone away. Texting it holds its own against the I phone I like texting better on this phone than the Iphone because it offers feed back when you push a key and it offers the T9 style which is always good when driving. On the APP side its ok that’s there the Iphone has a knock out punch apps and internet are much better, but the VU is quick on the net and does the job if your looking to use the web options once in a while. The other thing I love about this phone is it's size and weight it’s a million times better than the Iphone its light weight and for someone who doesn't like things in my pockets I love the size and weight. All in all I give this phone an 8.75 out of 10.

Anonymous, 05 Apr 2009ya to unlock the phone you just hit a button on the front b... moreyou just have to hit the button on the side of the phone, you don't need to touch anything on the screen.
