It is an terrible phone. Updating to Android 5.0.1 helps a bit on the responsive side, but not at all impressive. Do your self a favor and buy another phone!

I'm fed up with this phone - it won't even open a photo sent by text.
I keep getting "UPDATE GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES" messages but then I'm told there is "INSUFFICIENT SPACE" - I put an SD card in but the phone doesn't see it!
I can make a phone call but that's it! There is no roomfor music or podcasts or photos.
Can anybody help make the SD card visible & first choice for downloads & updates?

Hold power and vol down until logo appear than release power and press it again while u still hold vol down than go wipe phone fully charge it put it on charger and left it for about 90min than put usb to pc and start lg pc suite and it will work if dont againg repeat steps.

This phone is horrible today I dropped it accidently from about 10cm and the glass is melted sooo does anyone know can only replace the glass or I need to replace whole display I call service and the told me that only can it be replaced whole not the glass only and on amazon and ebay are only display+digitizer not separately

Great phone. Battery lasts a good two full days.
I have played games about 3h, recorded 6 video (2-3 min avrege), made 20 photos. Went back and fourth throw the menus like there was no tomorrow exploring the options. Talk time was about 2h, sent about 50 texts. Loaded 10-12 youtube clips. Downloaded 3 games. 60% of the time Wi-fi connection or mobile data was on. During night time if left with 65% of battery when i got up i found it with still 65%.
Small resolution for a screen like this, but damn it looks good, don't let yourself be fooled.
CONS: Camera quality is blurry if lightning conditions are not great and I could not find a standard calculator app of this phone witch seems ridiculous, also wish it had more internal memory, user is left with a little over 1 gb to use, but you can always use a micro sd card for that like I do.
