Having this phone has bn the best thing that has ever happenned to me phonewise. But all of a sudden it stopped working. It just wouldnt come on and neither would it charge. Pleease I'm so much in love with it can anybody tell me what you think is wrong with it cos even when i connect it to my computer it knows there is a hardware connected but it just cant read it. hey friends.....I have brought this mobile amost an year ago.But i have lost its ear phones.They got spoiled.
I want to connect my mobile to connect to my PC so that i can sync .
I dont find any software for that.
SO plz if some one can help me to find the software plz send me an email.Its Urgent!!!
One more thing.......can we order genuine LG accessories for this mobile mobile ONLINE?If so plz give me the site.

its ok phone..you cant play videos on it though thats not a prob as for the price you pay for it you cant get da world...
.the only prob seems to be the volume in mp3 player...ISNT THERE ANY WAY TO INCREASE THE VOLUME IN MP3???

this lg set is best amoung the other set of lg ever i had seen . it is better than a nokia set . lg is the best .east or west lg is best.mp3 player is a plus point to this lg set.clearness of the sound is best.....

i own this phone from last 10 months. so i want to share my experiance with others. so they can decide to buy or not to buy.
i used this phone with cover and without cover condition. i found if u dont use cover then it will loose its body color soon.
mp3 player is great in little silent room
but you need earphone in noisy environment.
The one best feature is unlimited voice recording. If your call is on and u just need to press "mp3" button to record your call. This features is most impressive to me to make mockery of someone and take it as proof against someone.
Phone book is great with 300 nos. it can be charged with usb port. you have choice to store sms in simcard and memory.
there are 6 no of ringtones can be asigned,
u can use mp3,midi as ringtone. There are other features like BMI no can find out and 3 games. It has 60MB memory inbuilt.(it can hold 10 to 15 songs of various capacities.)
It has 2 to 3 day of battery backup.
It has 256K Color display. U can see various sizes of jpg,gif images. But u need to convert some images at www.mobcrop.com and set it as wallpapers.
Disadvatages:
no fm redio
no vga camera,
No java support

I just bought an LGC25000 but it did not work at all i gave the mobile for service for the second day itself they told me the PCB board is gone now they have fitted me with an another board, heard from the service center that they are getting almost 4 to 5 customers daily with the same PCB problem so beware when u r buying this phone

Phone is good .. But i am not able to configure it for using internet on my system .Windows is not able to detect the modem of the phone . If any one has done , please send me the solution for the same at rg.rakes@gmail.com.

dont know bougt it bbut recntly bought the c2500. nice buy but the battery and network very inconsistent.the hands free kit looks like its been crafted by poor designers. you have to answer the phone from the hand set. it's fm lacks loudspeaker function and the t9 function is the worst i've seen of all the phones i've bought. it doens't support multiple charachter changes for words with the same combination of letters. otherwise everything else is fine. oh!it has a function for calculating your periods too!ha

It is good in features but not good in performance. We cant get the panel easily. It has very slow keypad response. I cant get clear tower(sometimes no tower) after changing the panel(I got clear tower when i used my old panel).The customer service of LG in india is very very worst.

hey People,
I baught this mobile 6 months back it is a nice phone but there are some problems with this mobile
1. It has a backlash both keys and battery cover.
2. Network tower name is not showing.
3. I accidently droped the mobile and wanted to change the cover it costs u aroung Rs.850. Although LG has withdrawn the model. The cases are available only when u order them.
4. Some times when u connect the USB cable it wont show the USB connect sign instead i shows the recharging sign.
5. U can hear strange sounds from the ear-speaker.
6. The LG service we get in INDIA Sucks.
Good MP3 quality thats the only one thing i found attractive. Otherwise its a waste.

I want to know how to access GPRS from my PC through G1800 using USB cable. I have the Airtel GPRS connection activated on my mobile. But i m facing problems in connecting it. I have tried the steps given in the manual but its giving error while dailing (PPP Protocol error while Registering to the Network). I have also installed a driver 6218B_USB_COM(usb2ser_2k.inf) for windows Xp.
