but i could not able to conect it to pc whenever i conect it ask for drivers can any body please tell me from where i can get this drivers downloaded

it is a nice phone. however, i couldn't view my girlfreind's digital photo on it. it gets copied to the phone but says the picture's format is not compatible with the phone. can anybody tell me what type of format the picture should be so that it can be displayed on the phone?

can anyone tell me how can see how many messages you will send if you are typing an sms ? it only says how many caracters you are using... sometimes it says at 150caracters that there are 3concenate messages and sometimes its just 1message..

Iam planning to buy LG G1800 fone, can any body tell me is there any drawback or any sort of problem associated with this mobile, e.g. connectivity problem or any malfuction. And can i use standard head/earphones with it apart from its own provided earphones.

Sorry, not possible. there is no bundled video player and with no java, you cannot install another one
setting wallpapers
you have to change the resolution of the pictures to 128*128, the response may slow down if the size is more than 10 kb ..

but nyone could temme how to play video in this fone and how to add new words in dictionary.

Hey... I have got some anwrs for u guys... Mukundan u would get a data cable along with the fon at no extra price and it's again easy to use,(the fon was RS7,000 when i bought it 4 months back ) u can download pic's, Mp3 songs but no video clips from ur PC (depending upon the size of the file)... for others, i had this empty folder prob... took it to a service center, they downloaded new software VS for me...since then my fon rocks...

Hi,
If you want to increase volume of headset just follow the steps provided here..
1. Type *#3646633#
2. Engineering Menu will appear..
3. Follow this path -->
Audio -> Headset Mode -> Melody -> Volume 5.
4. Increase Volume 5 to 206.
5. Press back.
6. Press back.
7. Set Parameter to yes.. this will save your setting.
8. By pressing back come out of engg. menu.
Now, listen song through headset.. you will really rock..

Its wonderful phone with amazing qualities. Sound quality is really great. Phone operations are user friendly. It would have been superb with video capability however, being flash drive, it does great. Its package includes, all that you want i.e. Charger, Data Cable, Hands free Kit and User Manual. i am not sure why but i could not find this Phone in Hyderabad market after the Diwali offer and i have made calls to couple of dealers and also emailed LG ..but some of the dealers saying this model is taken back by the Company ?any idea about this ?

yah i just need to know whether they will provide the data cable along with the phone.Is it possible to transfer pictures,ringtones,songs via data cable from computer.I need to know whereall this mobile available and need to know the price of it.

This phone is good, mp3 quality through a headset is superb, better than many nokia phones, the software is very easy to use and it can connect to a PC (WindowsXP installed) without drivers and you can use it like a usb flash disk. You have to store all the mp3 files on "mp3" folder, not "audio/mp3", this is the default setting, and you can not change it (read the user manual). If the folder "mp3" doesn't exist at first, you have to create it yourself.
The battery is also good. If you want a phone which can store up to about 15 mp3s (128 kbps) with superb sound quality, and you don't need bluetooth, camera...so Lg G1800 is a good choice.

hey guys amit here its about a month now that i have this fone its great but the device drivers are not working for windows98
